    The washer is good . The problem is Best Buy. I bought the item from the store before buying I went to the store and ask to the soonest delivery the gave me 10 day and I accept . I was called a day before telling me that the delivery is delayed a week . I returned to the store asking for another washer and the best they could do is 3 days on different model . I ask for delivery and Instalacion. This time they deliver on time but without installation . I had to wait a week for the installation that never was done. What kind of service is this? ????

    Washer does a very good job at cleaning clothes. Only reason I gave 3 stars is because I had to get it exchanged when water wouldn’t fill into washer. Great product when it works!

    Super quiet, but doesn't wash the best to me. The first time I used it, I loaded work pants and they came out with a line of dirt STILL around them. I WOULD NOT purchase this again, but since I have it, I'm going to make the best of it.
