I looked and researched so many brands. I was leaning more towards the speed queen but the drums were extremely small. My mom had already bought a washer and dryer set for my sisters for their 40th birthdays. They have been super happy with the LG’s they got.

Thought I would break it off until I figured out it’s problem. Had to figure out how the front panel worked. Even after reading the manual it still wasn’t clear but trial and error won out.

There are a lot of options for the cycles, my husband would prefer not to breakdown and read the manual. READ the manual before setting up. There are tools in the drum to assist in setting it up. Free delivery from Best Buy does not mean includes setup.

I have had to pay our real estate agent to open the house. The last scheduled visit by your technician took most of her day and the visit was canceled by Best Buy close to 8pm in the evening. I am out $400 for the many times she has had to travel and wait. Are you going to reimburse me for some of this. I kept asking Best Buy to call her before going to the house. But no your system doesn't allow for simple arrangements, Today I was awakened at 4:15 am in California to say you were on the way to do the install. My agent lives an hour from the house. I still dont know what happened. I think she must have disowned me afyer all of your messing around
