    This washer is excellent ! It gets my clothes remarkably clean. Uses very little water. I love the little tube it sings at the end of the cycle.

    This is a good washer. The only thing isnthat you need to have a roll of paper towels in hand to dry the rubber between washes to prevent mildew...the new version has a blue microban instead.

    The washing machine itself is fine. However, the installation service from Best Buy is terrible. The installers clearly did not know what they were doing. They even "threw away" the shipping bolts that belong to the machine. Now, according to Best Buy, I have to buy replacement bolts directly from LG — about $35 + tax per bolt - there are four of them - plus delivery. Alternatively, I could purchase them on eBay from this installer, I assume. Do not use Best Buy’s installation service.
