    My complaint is Unique Installers used by Best Buy!!! The installers could barely speak English and asked for extra money for hose installation ALTHOUGH I PAID BEST BUY FOR INSTALLATION AND PARTS. Supervisor at Best Buy that handle installations ignored me and picked up dryer. I purchased same dryer from ABT who use their own install team. Best Buy contracts the work out!!! Done buy from Best Buy any appliances because they have installers demanding money from you when already paid!!!

    Disappointed at the preset drying capability. The clothes are never dry unless we use the manual setting. Not enough heat on the presets…lots of cool air drying which doesn’t get it done.

    Wouldn’t dry clothes fully, if the load was more than half a basket of clothes it would dry for 10 minutes before having the flashing “flow sensor” go off. Do not buy! Too sensitive

    Ordered one and the heating element did not work. It just wouldn't get hot. Best Buy exchanged it for an identical one. This one works. Best Buy included install for the first attempt, but not for the second one.
