    Door is not reversible, which defies the specifications on the website so that's disappointing because that was needed for our purpose. Dryer works well otherwise.

    It is new but so far I like it. I like that I can determine it’s amount of dryness, extra dry for jeans. Does a great job for permanent press.

    This is the absolutely worst dryer I have ever used, the worst dryer I have ever purchased. It has a sensor that you cannot override. No matter what cycle you put it on, your clothes do not dry. The only way to get your clothes dried is to keep cleaning out the lint catcher, turning the dryer back on and repeat the crazy cycle. So disappointing. Waste of $550.

    I like the overall look of the dryer, but I received the dryer in February and it has always been stuck in the cool down mode.
