It worked go for 13 months, JUST out of warranty then the problems started, The screen would go blank except for a little box with a q and a question mark and below the box it would say No Bootable Device. When it does work, the speak in on the bottom of the computer makes the volume low when turned up all the way.

Performance wise, it’s pretty good. However, bought this laptop 2 months ago and had to take it back to bestbuy. It won’t power up as it should. I hold the button down, nothing. Battery life hasn’t been all that great, either. Needless to say, disappointment with that. They(Geek Squad) ended up shipping it off to get serviced.

The battery life isn't the best. Had an issue with the touch screen that resolved itself.

I don't know where all of these good reviews are coming from. This is a waste of money. Painfully slow. I have a 15 year old laptop that is faster than this one right out of the box. Charging cable is flimsy and cpuld easily break. Tried multiple wifi and mobile hotspots, none resolved the lagging or improved the speed. I got this laptop for the most basic uses, mainly microsoft office and the internet for school and emails. Do not waste your money.

Nice for the price, but power button is iffy sometimes and it constantly disconnects from Bluetooth devices

the laptop maybe great but i will never know. I rerquested help from best buy setting it up and got sent from one number to another. after 85 minutes I gave up. looks like a nice computer. wish i had bought it elsewhere

Not for gaming. Best Buy agents recommend this but it wasn’t recommended due to the low ram and processor

the touch screen do not work sometimes, need to re-boot to make it work again. Others looks fine

The PC is pretty slow, was expecting it to be faster, takes a long time loading websites.

Decent price for what you get. So much bloatware it was unusable until I removed it all.

Got my new laptop yesterday and set it up… second day it wouldn’t turn on. Just a black screen. I was having second thoughts about the computer the first day I got it because the actual keyboard felt like cheap plastic keys, and they felt more spread apart than my old HP laptop. Well the computer didn’t even turn on the second day so that made my decision easy. Not happy with my purchase.

I am really enjoying this laptop. It is large, but very lightweight. The size is great for my office work. It was very easy to set up this laptop. Directions were really not needed. I connected to my google account as well as my Microsoft account. I will download apps as needed. The touch screen is nice, I love this feature. I have other laptops that are not touchscreen. I am enjoying this feature. The screen quality is amazing. It is very clear, and crisp. Pictures appear sharp and look very real. The sound is very good. Speakers produce quality sound when listening to music and videos. This laptop has great speed. When navigating on the internet, so far I have experienced very little lag time. Sites pull up very quickly. I am pleased with the response time. Navigating between different tabs works seamlessly. I have not had any issues. I was very pleased that the laptop came with a nice denim colored sleeve. The sleeve provides protection for the laptop and there is a zippered pocket to store the charging cord. Overall I am very pleased with this laptop. I love it. No complaints.
