    Pretty good so far. We had another shark that just died and I never really liked that one, but my wife did. This vacuum resolved my issue with the hose being to stiff. The old shark would pull the vacuum towards you or pull it down when you'd try to use the hose extended out, this one does not.

    Quality is great. It has the look, feel and performance of a quality product. My only qualm is with the design. The large tank dust tank sticks out and makes it difficult to get under some furniture.

    This vacuum crapped out in less than a year of ownership. It just stopped having any kind of suction. The cord gets brittle and cracks. Wish it had a retractable cord. I was so tired of searching YouTube once a month to see if I could "fix" whatever was preventing it from working now.
