    This model seems to work very well. the reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is due to the fact that in both my previous Shark vacuums, they had lights on it to see the area you were vacuuming and also on the wand. I just expected to have it on this model as well.

    Pretty good so far. We had another shark that just died and I never really liked that one, but my wife did. This vacuum resolved my issue with the hose being to stiff. The old shark would pull the vacuum towards you or pull it down when you'd try to use the hose extended out, this one does not.
