Roller stopped working after 1 year 4 months

The roller in the main head for the carpets wont work now. Nothings caught in it. Doubt its under warranty. Doesnt seem to last. Our last Shark vacuum worked for about 4 years (which also doesnt seem to be amazing by any stretch).

New Technology not so much!

The “new technology” is nothing more than a deodorizer disc to place in the head of the vacuum. Nothing more than a toilet bowl ring in a urnal. Disappointed that this is considered “New Technology”.
