    On carpet mode the vacuum gets caught depending on how long the carpet is. My rug is an inch amd a half long and the Vacuumgets caughton it amd i can'tclean it.

    I was told this model was an upgraded version of the ZU62, but aside from adding a cord holder near the handle (which doesn’t work well), I don’t see any improvements. The odor neutralizer was especially disappointing—it not only failed to impress but actually gave me a headache. When I contacted Shark, they said there were no alternative options and simply advised me to remove it. That left me without one of the main selling features I bought the vacuum for. On top of that, the vacuum feels like it’s made with cheaper materials, and the accessory was so poorly designed that I ended up having to reorder it. Overall, this upgrade feels like a downgrade.

    I don't care for this vacuum cleaner. It has two settings: floor and carpet. I have thick carpet in one part of my home. This vacuum cleaner is hard to push on that carpet. I don't use it on the floor. It works well on normal grade carpet. I can't get those professional lines though. Also, it's not as smooth as my previous vacuum cleaner. It doesn't maneuver well.
