Really just sucks, don’t know how else to put it.

I tried to get there within two weeks to return it, even sent a message on the 15th day but it was too late. This vacuum sucks! It never had good suction, it just scattered things around, and I was constantly getting tangled in the long cord. Worst purchase ever!

Short life span.

Always had a clean air filter, HEPA and clean canister. Don't think I have ever has one last such a short time. My house is only 1,000 sq ft so not a lot of heavy cleaning. Used omce a week.

Not worth the money and pitiful return policy

Piece of crap. Convenient enough, Best Buy's new return policy prevented me from returning. Shark refuses a refund and tried to say that the part was not under warranty. After pitching a fit complaining, they sent me the replacement part because it was so new and they would wave the normal shipping. What a crock. I know it's going to break soon again. So, over $200 wasted. I will not buy anything from Shark nor from Best Buy again. If you sell electronics that are not constantly used, you cannot have a 2 week return policy.

Don’t waste your money

Tried to exchange it here and it wasnt available. Called Shark, they made us cut the cord of the broken vacuum before sending a new one and then charged us shipping. Waste of money and time with horrible customer service. What happened to a warranty? Very frustrated and will go back to Dyson only.

Poor quality

Poor quality

Should have known better

We have a couple of long coat German Shepherd Dogs (otherwise known as German Shedders) and I realize this thing has had a workout. But "come on, man!!" It just can't handle the pet fur. And I should have known better as I've had a Shark or 2 and they've always cratered in about a year. And it's not like they're $79-89 vacuums. Total junk, and extremely difficult to break down and clean. Never again for me and sfould be the same for you.

Doesnt stack up to the reviews

Setup was easy, but during use, it just didn’t feel powerful. I ended up returning it and spending $80 more on a Dyson Animal 3 (on sale), which picked up half a canister of dirt that this vacuum missed. Save yourself the trouble and invest in a better model. Also, the odor control feature smelled like a cheap air freshener from a gas station not great.
