One less than a year after purchasing and the other about a month after purchasing. Either a part doesn't fit well or it stops any suction from the bottom attachment. If you purchase, I recommend buying the warranty. Best Buy has been great in terms of my returns.

Not good for pet hair.

Did not work for me

One of the reasons I purchased this vacuum was for the large canister capacity and the good reviews. All the hair trapped at the top of the canister above the max fill line with the canister empty. I know my carpet is dirtier than what it was picking up.

Decreased suction after just 10 weeks of use

At first it was great then I noticed the suction decreased considerably. I took it to Best Buy to get repaired and they said nothing was wrong with it. It definitely has decreased suction after only 10 weeks of use. I am disappointed.

BUYER BEWARE

Old Shark vacuums are better

Stains Carpet

The vacuum is simple to maintain with an easy-to-empty dust cup, and it delivers excellent value for the price. Overall, this was a great purchase, and I highly recommend both the Shark vacuum and Best Buy.

I had to tape it together. My first Shark vacuum cleaner did a great job for 8 years, but this one is very disappointing. No more Shark Company.

This vacuum sucks, and it is not in a good way. I have two dogs, and this does not help at all. Initially, I figured the suction was due to a defective product so I exchanged for another one. Well its been about two weeks and it still sucks.
