One of worst computers

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It shut down and wiped all the memories on the PC within first 3 weeks. They forced me to get a yearly subscription that can only be cancelled prior to renewal. Many features are downgraded or not available. This is not a computer you can trust. Daily memory backup is necessary. I will buy Mac next time
