    I thought I could only use a brand new laptop but the price on this was the deal-breaker and it has the Best Buy backing, along with all the features I need. Thank you, Best Buy. Now I have a bigger screen than before and crystal-clear pictures and graphics.

    I purchased this Dell laptop as refurbished for our office, which I have never done before. It looks brand new, is very fast, and was very easy to setup. The price was excellent, compared to a brand new one, and I am considering purchasing another one. AS far asx I am concerned it's a brand new machine, and I am very satisfied with the product, as well as how quickly it arrived when ordered online for store pickup. If you're considering a refurbished laptop from Best Buy, go for it, it's a great deal!
