Great deal for refurbished laptop.

New Laptop

It will be a bit heavy when I travel with it, but; oh well.

It shuts off randomly and even got to a point where it wouldn’t turn on anymore. Some software ran fine at first, but later crashed every time I tried to open it. It’s a shame since this is a good quality laptop. It’s just that this one seemed poorly refurbished.

The specs seem great but once you receive a computer that is not working properly you will be forced to return it after geek squad doesnt know what to do

Very pleased
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We got a refurbished 7520 that came from Joy systems. It looks and works like it’s brand new. Loading videos and web pages have virtually no lag. Start up took less than a minute. UPS didn’t take much care in its handling but the way it was packaged for shipping really saved it.
