I was looking for a basic laptop to do some internet work and surfing. This came up at a great discount and I couldn’t be happier. It works as I should, fast boot up is a plus! This is a great personal laptop . Works fine for everyday needs.

Excellent lap top. Easy to use. Great Storage capacity. Bought it one month ago, no problems so far. Support team at the Geek squad were very helpful in transferring files from the previous laptop.

I was looking for an inexpensive laptop without a lot of bells and whistles. My primary use for my laptop is word processing, some spreadsheet work, and accessing the internet. The Lenovo did exactly what I needed.

This will be the 4th Lenovo we have purchased in the past 6 years. We use them in our business and at home. No issues so far. Very happy with our purchases and highly recommend!!

Actually it was a pretty good 15.6" laptop until the on/off button shut down at about 15 months in!!! Very frustrated with that since an older Toshiba laptop I bought from BB in the early 2000s still works. I am angry that this Lenovo had an issue with the on/off since it automatically turned on each time I opened the cover each day!!!!!

Replacement for Mficrosoft Surface that lasted only 2 years before OS failed This is the third Lenovo that our family has purchased and they seem to fit the bill for general computing at a very reasonable cost.

Love it. The software purchased was easy to install and it powers up quickly and easily. The graphics are wonderful and so far the computer is working fabulously.

Windows 11 is not easy to figure out. but my laptop is good I can do what I want just have to maneuver things around with windows 11 and Microsoft. battery life is weird doesn't get to 100% stays on 69% .

This laptop works great for some chat work, school work and light gaming. Games such as Minecraft or 7 Day to Die run well without any lag issues. It also runs multiple programs with no issues and doesn't heat up like previous laptops.

This is my second Lenovo product, and my experience has been great. A recent Best Buy sale made it possible for me to replace my original laptop when it began to slow down after almost 8 years. Great product at a very affordable price.

I wasn’t sure about what I really need as this is my first laptop purchase. But Joseph was very patient to explain what I should go for and why I should go for it. Overall the Lenovo ideapad is just what I need . Will surely recommend.

I ordered this laptop with very good reviews from IT staff at my agency. I had done my research and everything was good about the product. So far no issues and I am very satisfied with the laptop and the customer service I got from BB.

Excellent value, for the money and is a much better system once I changed it out of Windows 11 S mode (which is very easy to do). I have already recommended it to friends.
