Love it! works exactly as I have wanted it to. battery lasts a long time. The reaction on the keyboard and screen are what they should be and I've had this laptop now for 6 months. This thing zips too!

Love it. I had no idea how slow my old laptop was till I got this one. It's super fast. With my old laptop I wasted so much time waiting for it to quit scrolling. Love the lightweight design too.

I love the size because I can see better. Also it’s touchscreen. But mostly the numeric keyboard was a great addition not a lot of computers have.

Purchase for my granddaughter and she is using for college classes, like the Touch Screen, lap top size. Like the Blue Color! Great Holiday Gift for College Student! Don't know about battery life? Gave as gift!

I've had this laptop for 3 1/2 years and have had no issues nor complaints. We typically purchase Dell laptops so I was a bit skeptical about trying another brand. The performance has been top-notch, durable, and no glitches. It is time to upgrade my laptop and another Lenovo is in my future.

I purchased this for a local swim team for usage during meets, so while that has not started, I can say that for the price, this is a great value. Plenty of memory, touch screen is great, the trackpad is responsive and overall seems like it has solid performance.

Customer service was great as I expected it to be. Quick service with a positive attitude. I have purchased many products from Best Buy and have not been let down. My granddaughter was delighted with the laptop.

I originally purchased this computer just for grad school, but it has since become my primary computer even for work. It’s easy to maneuver and is fast.

Bought this laptop for general work use. Works like a charm. It's quick to boot up and the battery life on it is amazing, more than enough for me. The touch screen also make this a amazing product. 10/10

Laptop runs great and has a pretty fresh windows start minus the Lenovo and Mcafee stuff but it’s easy to uninstall. If recommend upgrading the RAM to 16 as it drastically improves performance but in terms of performance for the price this laptop’s great!

It’s light. Easy to travel with. User friendly. The light on the keyboard makes it easy to work with when the light is out.( especially when others are sleeping).

What an excellent computer. Its SUPER fast. :) I spent a few bucks extra for 8 extra gigs of ram just in case i would need it in the future, but for now, it's perfect. :)

As the title says, Lenovo seems to be a high level mfr , since I have had several of their electronic products, and all felt of good build. Lenovo now makes Motorola cellphones, and those work really good too. One caution: I cut the cord and now use Verizon 5G Home , and it seems to be a bit less strong, because the Lenovo will once in a while run circles during peak periods. My S22 phone does not at the same time. Before I cut the Comcast, Lenovo did not fall behind. Only other con might be that for its current price of about $549, it has less brightness and weak color rendition than I found in the Acer when I compared them in the store. However, the build and my past experience lead me to choose Lenovo. And, it does have a really good touchscreen, which on a laptop I did not expect to use as much as I am using it now.

Loving this laptop so far! The touchscreen is responsive and quick. The only issue is that the speaker volume seems low even when volume controls are turned up. It holds a charge very well. Satisfied with this purchase.

Great little machine for work. It's nice and fast and it's a great size for travel. Be sure to turn off S mode so you can install any apps you want.

Bought this last month and still getting used to it. But so far I am loving the speed and ease of use. I’m not a tech expert nor am I tech challenged, as I use it daily for keeping books and doing research. So far- loving it.

Great computer, and it surprised me when I touched it and the screen was touch. I didn't even realize. I needed a new computer ( or so I thought ) and this one was relatively cheap. It does what I need it to do and it is quite fast.

I bought this laptop bc my husband is back in college. He absolutely love it! The bonus is that it is a touchscreen. He hasn’t had any problems so far and the price wasn’t terrible. I highly recommend for college students or work.
