Replaced HP! I have always been an HP fan, but the problems with the cheap chip saw I had to replace it in 2 years, it was extremely slow and service was terrible. The new PC is extremely fast, I can't believe this Lenovo steps over my longtime relationship with HP and leaves it sitting in its steps!

Best decision to purchase the Lenovo-ideapad-3i-15-6-fhd-touch-laptop-c. Reviews and advice from the sales associate at Best Buy and family. What was even more telling we made a good choice as picking up my single purchase at pickup a customer ordered over 50 for their business the same make and model.

We have used this laptop for at least a year, and the speed and storage is superb. Worth the money!

Needed to update my at home laptop and picked this one out. It does not disappoint! Easy set up, access. I work from home and have no issues at all. Fast running, stays charged I added my other monitors and keyboard and its perfect for my needs.

Works very well for what I need it for. Solid laptop , boots up and connects fast. I use it for general work stuff. Screen is nice and bright , keypad is a nice addition to have on the keyboard. Seems durable. Has all the ports I need - has an hdmi which is important in my line of work and many new laptops don’t have them. Has a uSBc and usb ports also.

Very nice laptop. Does what we need out of it - web surfing, documents, videos, etc. touch screen works well. Keyboard feels nice. Perfectly good out of the box, great overall experience.

Haven't owned too many computers, but this one seems quite average. It does not have good speakers and it runs slow if you don't really keep up on clearing things out. But it has been solid enough, good battery, and having a touch screen is always nice.

This machine has completely changed my view on home computing. I was loyal to Dell and nothing wrong with the brand but my older model was becoming obsolete fast, so when the sale for this beauty came around, I could not pass it by! Thank you Best Buy for the awesome sales you offer!!

Ordered the Lenovo from a Best Buy 24 hour offer. Just what I was looking for to replace an old laptop from a prior job. Very easy, step by step, setup. Very intuitive. It also symced with my cell phone, which I had never before done. Makes life easy!

The computer performs well and is a great value for the price. The trackpad, keyboard, and touchscreen are great. Love that it has the 10key pad, even if the backspace and num lock keys are a bit close together. The processor runs smoothly and quickly and handles my administrative tasks with no issues. I use it for business, Excel, Quickbooks, Web, etc. I have not tried it for intensive tasks like video editing as I do not need those. HOWEVER, the battery life on my unit is atrocious. It will not charge above 60% no matter how long I have it plugged in, and the battery life drains too quickly once it is unplugged. I will probably have to return this unit as it seems to have a defective battery. But if yours has a good battery that can hold a full charge, this is a good laptop for any set of simple tasks.

Love the fact it is touch screen. Easy to navigate and its. Not slow at all

I love my lap too. Very practical. Light. Easy to take anywhere. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and I have to go to lots of appts, read and signed some papers, this was the best way to deal with all that and not going to the public library.

I haven’t owned a laptop for a few years because my last laptop was horrible. However, this one is AMAZING! It runs so smoothly and it is so quiet, but more importantly I have zero issues with connectivity to WiFi compared to my last one.

The laptop is fast no scratch and l love the color too the charger is in good condition and it charges really fast . The laptop bag is wonderful. It fits perfectly with the laptop. There is space for the charger and my wallet.

I really like what I can do with my Lenovo Laptop. The memory and the speed are great. I really loved the price and Best Buy makes payment options so great and also, I love the ease of making payments over the phone. I am really happy with my Lenovo Laptop
