It's actually the second one, as first was taken back (exchanged for another of same model) because internally, it blew up. It was like adding Apps didn't set right with the desktop's insides. More n likely, it was what the Geek Sqd installer did. She was long gone when I lost the main monitor display. Since the second was also installed by the same person, it only adds to my confusion and disgruntlement, because it has been nothing but problems as well. Oh, yeah, I have to mention this. When I called HP to get help, even though the unit was only a week old, I was told by the HP agent, that they were switching me over to an outside agency and that I would have to pay for the services provided to fix my current problems. HP manager confirmed what I was told. I hung up on them and called BestBuy Geek Sqd for help. Fortunately, I got another person this time, and he was well more experienced. He didn't get everything in the time he had for me, but what he accomplished has made the desktop useable for me. Yes, I still have other issues, but I will arrange another time slot with the same guy.

This has been a great computer for me. I use a drawing software and have several other applications open. The computer performs well!

This is a great computer, fast with plenty of storage. The price was outstanding, cheaper than even buying direct from HP by almost $200. Best Buy made this a no brainer purchase! Thanks Best But!!!

As much as I hate having to buy a new home computer, I'm always amazed at how much faster the new ones are when I get them home. This thing flies!

compared to my 15 year old computer it is fabulous. easy to set up and works like a dream. got it durng a week after thanksgiving sale so price was right

Fast and easy to install. I would say is reasonable for the price.

Bought this an a replacement for an 8 year old desktop. So far performance has been good. Used primarily for Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.

compact desktop box, much faster than previous desktop and clean design. Only thing I wish it had was a power plug for speakers.

Super Fast Computer. Quick PCiE SSD. Works as advertised and I am very pleased. Said Mouse and Keyboard that come with it were wired, but they are wireless, which is a plus.

Pretty much what you would expect from the specs. Good performing every day desktop, primarily used for working at home. Enough power and memory to have 20+ tabs open and several programs running at once. One HDMI and one VGA port for two monitors.

I agree with a previous reviewer that the so-called setup instructions stink, but I am enjoying the functionality of my new computer. Loads so fast, and responds so quickly! Love that!

I use this computer for just purely work functions. Been a fantastic purchase. It’s not going to run insane and complex programs, but for general everyday use, it’s great.

Strong performance for the price point. More than enough for everyday tasks and adequate for gaming.

My new HP Envy is working amazingly well. Everything installed and updated quickly and without issue. I love my new PC! Easy assess to cloud storage means I have plenty of space.
