I’m gonna need help cause I’m new to using iPads I will have to make an appointment with the geek squad.

Upon delivery box was crushed but iPad was ok. Did not like shipping package. Also for in excellent shape as said on Best Buy site all accessories was supposed to be included cord and charger and was not and was a scratch on screen.

I ordered Open box and there were no comments on the paper but it had scratches on the screen. No box, weird charger, (USB-A typewas delivered) so I requested replacement immediately. But the replacement was canceled by bestbuy and they said go to nearby store and they will negotiate with branch manager. but when I went to nearby store ,(twice) the branch manager refused to accept the replacement and the Customer service agent refused to connect the manager. So I had no choice but to go to UPS, return the item, and proceed with a refund. and then I requested to be guaranteed my original price but the live agent said there are no stocks, no policies about open box, nothing to help you with. They did nothing. Just my fuel and time and money were wasted.
