Great customer service, quick, I had a guy go back to the back just to check if there was a specific case I wanted. Didnt buy it and he was still all smiles. Great deals great service!

Awesome iPad

Great but lack of functionality

Just not much innovation besides the new apple pencil having new functionality. My 2018 model works just fine. If its your first tablet then 100% recommend but as for upgrading i think you should save your money.
