    I am coming from the second gen iPad Pro to this and oh baby what a difference! All and all it’s still a iPad and the experience from an OS is the same but more polished now.

    This is the best iPad I’ve ever used!! Beautiful screen, lots and lots of power, great battery life, super fast, and it is very light and easy to carry!! A must have!!

    I love my new IPad. Great color improvements and a much better camera. The internet seems more responsive on my iPad than on my MacBook Pro. I would definitely recommend.

    The product itself is great. The lack of help or willingness to help from the Manager on duty at your Southridge location is far less than acceptable. Very rude and acted as though he did not see me when I approached as he was sitting on (yes i said sitting) on the front table or desk. Whatever it was he was sitting on was right inside the front door where the large tv was being displayed. customer service was eating candy out of a bag as I was trying to get help. So overall the product from apple is great. The store itself needs to get rid of that rude sloppy manager. white male, probably in his 40's he had a cheap tribal tattoo on his right forearm and a name tattooed on left forearm. Get that guy out. He adds no value to best buy.
