Had a defect out the box, perfect half circle at the bottom that looked like what used to to be the home button. I honestly diddnt know it was a defect til about year later when screen flickered.. come to find out it was the defect all alone rhat was causing a few issues. Either way best buy nor apple would fix it. Apple even stated it was a factory defect just warranty was up. Tried to contact legal team and they are reluctant to help giving out the info.

In hindsight I wish I would have just gotten a cheaper case and keyboard separately. The keyboard is not well integrated into the case. So when opening the case I feel like I am having to juggle the keyboard, case, and ipad. I also wish that the case had the option for the ipad to sit at a lower angle. I bought this as a cheaper alternative to apple's magic keyboard, but now I will be buying another basic case and just keeping the keyboard to use when I need it. The outer material of this case also marks easily.

Overall, iPad is good quality. It’s great for schoolwork. On the go.

It is perfect Ipad for the money but the way it is so thin is making me nervouse.

I have had this for 3 weeks, the first 2 weeks the battery was awesome. It began to lose battery charge faster, and the Brightness keeps going to dark, which bugs to no end. My honest review

The product is great if you use it for school or web browsing/social media apps, basic gaming. However i purchase this for the OLED screen. And let me tell you movies do not look that good. Image is often soft and grainy amoungst apps. This product should be sharp and the image should be 4k when watching content. But its not. Stick with an oled tv for watching content or your phone.

amazing upgrade from prior I pad pro screen, Battery seems to not last quite as long as prior model.

The iPad is good but Only 3 months and the usb and charger failed to charge. I got “ not charging “ message when plug in usb.

I bought this expecting it to do more then it does. Ive never been an ipad type of person. Its pretty much a cell phone with a big screen. If you value these then definitely buy one.

The display caused PWM sensitivity for me. I feel dizzy after a few minutes of using it, and I eventually had to sell it on eBay.

I have been using iPads since they cane out , I usually buy from apple. this time I didn't. all Best Buy and apple are selling you are on gong subscriptions to everything, they are really nbadf high promises and not unless you pay for every month , my old one might have been slow and stuff but obselaet ,this new one even apple help center can not get to work and flow properly

I would suggest opening it and looking at it first! I have purchased many refurbished items and this one was the first to come with the previous owners personal sticker collection. 2 massive very hard to remove stickers. I get this was used but this made me feel like i bought off of the owner and not Best Buy. I feel like it’s not refurbished at all it’s just returned and put back up for sale! I worried about scratching and dropping my brand new $1000 iPad the entire removal process! Make me nervous about future purchases

It did not come with charging cord and charging wall charger. Manager was not helpful and gave me a use charging cord. I returned the item due to poor customer service at the store.

Exactly what I expected and was wanting as an upgrade over ny old ipad air.
