    Love the size but needs getting used to. Not happy with the way the type sometimes fades out when I use the mouse to go up. And it is super fast. Recommend getting used to it.

    This computer has been really good for my business, the battery life isn’t the absolute best but overall this computer was a perfect buy for what I needed it for.

    Overall decent computer when it's working, but they went cheap on the trackpad and now the faulty trackpad is making this almost impossible to use. Even when the trackpad was working it was very inaccurate with the gestures. It would click instead of two-finger swiping or right-clicking, for example. Now whenever I try to click, the mouse just jumps around instead. Along with many other problems. The monitor is not very bright, and with so much light coming from under the keys the lighted keyboard will reflect onto your screen and is very annoying. The battery life is very good and the looks good. I wouldn't be here complaining if the trackpad wasn't such a disappointment.

    My new laptop is awesome. Fast and so easy to operate. Sales rep really listened to my computing needs and helped me select the best and most economical model for me. Geek squad assisted with setting it up and cleansing my older device

    Smaller than I realized but everything I needed and now fits in more places! I bought a Bluetooth mouse to go with it and I’ve loved it so far.

    It is so convenient and very portable. I love that it is AirPod compatible. Now I can do my work and jam out to some tunes at the same time.

    Finally got Norton protection installed. Had to get help from my son. I would suggest having your service people Geek Squad Support Team do the task of installing the program.

    I like the size, weight, and overall feel of the laptop. It is an open-box excellent but no manual, original packaging, No charging adapter and wifi drivers were missing. I have to take it to the best buy to setup windows as machine could not connect to wifi. This should have been a open-box fair or good, cannot be called as excellent.
