I overall love the laptop. Wish a better battery life.

It’s ok for students but could find better laptops

We have issues with this laptop basically since we bought it. We bought it 2 years ago exactly. It has had issues with the display brightness. The battery has major issues. It won't charge past a certain percentage and won't hold a charge. At this point, you basically have to keep it plugged in for it to be usable. All of these issues happened before the computer was two years old. Not sure if we just got a bad computer or if the product is bad in general. Either way, I can't recommend this.

There is a bit of a lag when browsing the internet

To be honest unless you have hi speed Internet it dosent work well my iPad works better with my jet pack I have spent days trying to get it to up date it almost seems like it was an open box I’m not impressed at this time

The browser would freeze every now and then. RAM was always in the 70% range with only one browser window open. Returned after one week of use.

disappointed in lack of direction regarding adding stylus, also placement of stylus, and lack of keyboard light with black keyboard. otherwise ok.

Got "open box - excellent" version of this laptop. Didn't even come with any kind of charger in the box. I was told all accessories will be included. The paper manual was so yellow, that told me this laptop been sitting open box for a looooong time. I called for charger and I was told they don't ship charger separately so I ll have to go visit a location. Closest location to me is an hour away. Took 2 weeks to even ship this thing and didn't even come with stuff and I still gotta drive to the store in the hope they have the charger. I was told if they don't have a charger, I can return the laptop for 40$ restocking fee. Terrible terrible experience. I want to support your stores and buy from amz but at this rate, I don't think I can stand by your service and products.

I've only had it for a year and it no longer turns on. Took it to get serviced and I was told that I have to replace the motherboard, which will be $500. I paid about $550 for the computer.

Mouse pad stops working and i have to restart the laptop to get it to work again. Other than that it works great.

Heating, lagging, performance reduction, slow and software needs improvement.

nice computer however i wish i had waited for something smaller and more powerful.

The device was pretty and worked pretty well for all of two weeks, now its a nightmare. The device cannot charge anymore and ive tried everything under the sun. I attempted to take it back to best buy but i had shown up one day after their 15 day return period, so basically i got told to get lost basically. Lenovo offers a warranty sure but at a price that is basically the same as the laptop cost. I screwed myself on this.. afterpayed it too. Basically pick any laptop, but this one and youll orobably have better luck than me!

After the purchase updates were needed. Once the updates were run and reboot a bit code error occurred. The Geek Squad could not fix the product and told you to return it to their store. Every Sales Associate sent you to a different line to make the replacement. After spending almost an hour, the laptop was finally replaced. This truly showed the sales associates at Best Buy are clueless and have no customer service skills, including the store manager.

Battery life is not great on this laptop at all…apart from the battery issues everything is okay.

Will not stand by any warranty claims if you do not buy membership. There junk mail is overwhelming and they claim they sent me a renewal 30 days prior to lapsing. But only 8 days after I purchased 2 for my grandchildren. Let it be known they do not stand behind your purchase if you do not buy membership. If you want free warranty buy elsewhere.

Not made to work with digital marketing so i wouldnt recommend it if thats what youre trying to do
