    My experience with Best Buy and the MacBook I purchased have been top notch and really easy. The staff was eager to help and I found exactly what I was looking for in minutes! I was literally in and out without any hassle or waiting, and the store was really busy with other buyers. I would recommend Best Buy on the customer service alone, but the product I received was just icing on the cake.

    I bought this in person at Best Buy. Great customer service. It's a great computer (it was also on sale when I purchased it) the Best Buy salesman walked me through the different options and explained it all very nicely. The only negative is that I thought the battery life would be a lot better, it lasts about 10 hours without needed a charge.
