    This is my 2nd Apple laptop. I am a retired Programmer/Analyst. I have owned multiple Windows PC's and there is so many things that are better on a Mac that I don't have enough room here.

    Massive improvement over the 13” air. Much longer battery life but a bit on the heavy side. You don’t need the Pro the Air is just as useful.

    Brought this one to replace an old Surface that I had. Works great once you get used to using a MAC. Recommend getting a protector for the outside and the keyboard.

    The process was very straightforward and when the Laptop was delayed, not only did they keep me informed but went to, who knows, what extremes, to complete the delivery on the schedule day. There customer service was so on point that the Laptop, actually, arrived a day earlier. It’s everything and more of what I expected!

    Good machine depending on if you like the larger size screen. Will cut through simple tasks like its nothing but overall the larger screen and profile wasn't for me, but that's just personal preference.
