Beware they tell you one thing and do another

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beware when buying a new laptop and they tell you, they will transfer your Old data to the new laptop They eliminated my antivirus that I pay yearly, for. They left out a number of apps I had that made my life much easier. They added antivirus that I did not want and had to take my time taking it off and finding my old antivirus and reinstalling it for some people that may not be a big Deal for me it was. They eliminated my word app and left me with no choice, but 365, which I do not want and told them so ahead of time. I also had an antivirus with my Service plan with the Geeksquad that they eliminated which is part of the service plan. Because I’m not well-versed in computers, it took me two days to feel somewhat comfortable but yet still, I’m going to have to take it back and have them replace some of the items that they took out that I cannot find. It’s very inconvenient to me and very unprofessional for Best Buy after this bad experience. I doubt very much if I will buy anything from Best Buy again and I know doubt will not renew my service plan with Geeksquad.
