Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The computer itself has had no issues so far; it runs well, and the only design choice I don't like as much is having the charging port on the right side, but this is more personal preference since I'm used to it being on the left. The main headache is Windows 11. The system has "s mode" automatically enabled, and as much as this is supposed to be easily disabled with an option in the Microsoft store, this did not work. It took hours to try this multiple times, make sure all updates were installed, try again with no success, and finally find a workaround online. Extra protection is well and good, but sometimes people need apps that aren't directly made by Microsoft, and disabling the mode that prevents people from using anything that doesn't directly come from Microsoft shouldn't be this much of a hassle.

I can say that I would recommend this laptop to someone needed something a little better than an entry level laptop. I was originally off put by the 12gb of ram, but as it stand I haven't run into any problems yet.

Good with design program requirements. But the shipping process and customer service from best buy was atrocious and i would never buy from them again
