    Purchased a tablet online from Best Buy and received it delivered right to my house a day earlier than expected. Tablet was very high quality and came with free trial of Norton protection too.

    So far its leaving alot to be desired. You cant change grid size. Your forced to deal with bot programs you cant delete and it resets and updates when ever it wants no matter what your doing. An UGLY RED DOTS NXT TO ALL MY ICONS I CANT GET RID OF!!... NO OPTION to fix this!!!

    My daughter loves the tablet but unfortunately it turns off on its own. I did not exchange it because it started to turn off after the 15 days. Previously I purchased 2 other ipads from another brand and they both were turning off on their own.
