    I haven't been able to use this laptop since I got it in May 2023. I bought two, an HP and this. I’m not sure why Best Buy shipped two faulty products to me; that is just unacceptable. This laptop hasn't worked either since I got it. The young lady said I needed to buy and have them reinstall a chip in a laptop that had never been used.

    Quit working less than a year after purchase, good thing it was still under warranty! It was replaced with a different used model slightly upgraded because they couldn't fix it.

    Extremely Happy! Purchased on sale and it blows away any other model selling for the same amount. (Only regret was the sale model had only a 256GB SSD, wanted 512 - but the sale price was too good to pass up.)
