Pretty good. everything works as stated, fast and smooth, color looks great, the only thing I have to say so far is that the battery life isn't great but still pretty good also it isn't the brightest screen but that's what u get with 250Nit, still decent and you can connect a monitor if you're sitting at home or office often.

Great laptop and great experience buying a new one for the first time in 11 years. I knew anything I got was going to be an upgrade, but my sales associate made sure to get me the best deal for a quality laptop. I love the versatility of the touch screen and the full range of the hinge.

I love how easy navigating my laptop. Im not tech savvy. I also appreciate the people who have helped me with my questions. I did have one instance when i needed help because i couldnt get my lap top to charge. I wished the tech person would have gone thru the basics. I may have discovered the fix did not require bringing it in for a service call. I cant wait to experiment with the graphics

It was not what I chose in the store. It's only 8GB and only 512GB hard drive... I chose the 16GK, 1TB dell 14". I couldn't open the box in the store and I trusted the sales guy. It's a little slower than I expected. I got a pretty good deal on it, so I'll keep it until it wears out. It was an emergency purchase at the time, so had to go with it. Glad Best Buy was there to rescue me tho!!

Good laptop for students. Light and fast for notes and research.

This laptop was fantastic at first. It is very fast. I love the touchscreen and it feels very smooth overall. I mainly use the laptop for school and I have been using it for 5 months now. However, the main issue is my shift key is not working. it has stopped working for awhile and it is very difficult when I need to use a question mark, exclamation point, colon, etc. and I don't have that at my disposal. I paid close to $600 and it hasn't even been a year. Very dissapointing!
