The touch screen is effective and fun! I work long hours from home using Zoom and other platforms for therapy sessions. It is very user friendly and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Excellent All-In-One Computer

I love that I can adjust the screen to move it up or down. It's also a touch screen, nice feature. Lots of memory to store all my favorite pictures & videos. I definitely will buy this brand again!

Best New Computer

I also like the keyboard and mouse. They have no cords attached to this computer. Al;so, the people at Best Buy were so nice and did such a great job in moving my files to the new computer. I highly recommend buying your next computer from Best Buy!!

Awesome choice

It’s also a plus that it’s only the monitor and keyboard/mouse, making it easy to find a place for it. The neck can go adjust.It’s a great buy!

The only ussue is Windows 11. All documents, photos, music, video is moved to the cloud. Trying to find documents takes more steps and don't think about backing up anything. Autosave doesn't allow "save as" so plan on jumping through more hoops to handle that. I never thought I'd miss Windows 10.

All the above were amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. My PC was delivered by OnTrac on Tuesday as promised. And Joseph did the home installation/set up and data transfer which went smoothly as well. I expected it to take several hours but he completed everything much faster. Highest praise for everyone at Best Buy/Geek Squad. As always I enjoy letting Management know when their employees do a Superior job!!! Take care, Cathy
