Amazing Desktop

The screen is very large and the touch screen is smooth when used. I have not have had any issues with lagging or space. This has been a perfect fit for my WFH position.

It is the first time getting one and it sets up quickly without even moving my big heavy desk to hook up a tower. I didn't think I would like it but I have quickly changed my mind. Great buy

HP-27/Best Buy review

I held off reviewing the purchase because it took me, at 70+ years old, some time to become accustomed to a computer with so many new and improved features. The more I use the computer, the more I like it. I haven't needed to enlist the help of the Best Buy Geek squad, but I know that if needed, they will be there to support me as they have in the past.

I will say this machine smokes! It's perfect for my desk. It's not too big or cumbersome at all. Its been a complete pleasure to own and use

The Geek squad was very professional and prompt in n setting everything up for me and explaining things to me. It’s so nice and efficient to have an updated version of Windows.

Least liked that there was no direction booklet coming with it. I had someone set it up for me, but I like to read this for myself..gives a more thorough knowledge on little things in computer that you might not have.

They didn't tell me that the programs would not be downloaded to the new computer just the files. In order to open up my files, I had to install new programs.
