Least liked that there was no direction booklet coming with it. I had someone set it up for me, but I like to read this for myself..gives a more thorough knowledge on little things in computer that you might not have.

The Geek squad was very professional and prompt in n setting everything up for me and explaining things to me. It’s so nice and efficient to have an updated version of Windows.

They didn't tell me that the programs would not be downloaded to the new computer just the files. In order to open up my files, I had to install new programs.

Replacing our fried computer

This one has been great so fast, does what we need it to.

Three weeks from purchase and it won’t start up

It has much more memory than than the old one. My first disappointment was discovering that the only USB ports are on the back of the screen. This screen is heavy and difficult to turn around. Then, within 3 weeks of purchase, it suddenly started sounding beeps and alarms when trying to boot up. It’s too heavy and awkward to drag back and forth to Best Buy, so I’m waiting on a visit from Geek Squad. Now I wish I’d gotten a tower with separate screen.
