It is fast and compatible with Pinnacle Studio and Photoshop. Got the blue recovery screen once and my support team was not giving necessary walk through advise.

Great purchases

It is so streamline and the large screen makes it so much easier for me to see. It was a great value also, happy with the price. The keyboard is a good size and very quiet. I would nover buy another style computer. I also bought a printer that is compact, but has all the abilities. I will be buying a large screen TV in the near future. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable about which one would meet my needs. Thank you Best Buy!

It it easy to navigate through the websites. Also, I find it is easy to print from numerous devises. The setup was a snap for a person who is self-taught on a computer. Also, I am a fan of the hp products.

Happy Purchaser of Open Box Computer

For the tasks needed it was a great fit and at a great price. We reviewed the open package in store and Geek Squad found dongle for keyboard and mouse missing - so they replaced those. The manager in Computers was really great.

Our old computer was almost 20 years old. A real upgrade.
