Great support for beginning to end

I was able to return it without an issue. Afterwards I looked at available desk tops. There was a good variety to choose from. Christian, a sales rep, came up to me to ask if I had any questions. He was able to answer my questions and I chose an HP 27" touch-screen desk top that had a great discount. Christian located the computer I wanted and brought it to me. Excellent service!

Poor quality

The camera shot on Zoom is of poor quality, somewhat fuzzy. It processes very slow after the computer has been sleep for a while.

Change is a pain, but the computer is good.

It takes time to get used to it, plus having to learn a new system is a real pain in the butt. Still, I'm glad I have it, so I'll give it 4*.
