My experience with calling geek squad not very good. Twice had to deal with men with very heavy Indian accents. Very very hard to understand. Really??

It has slowed down a bit from day one but still light years ahead of my previous PC. the keyboard does seem somewhat "tighter" as I'm more pron to hit the wrong key.
