Is my first desck too I ever have and I am pretty happy it connects to TV phone and earbuds is great

I am very well pleased with the product and services I received from Best Buy.

The monitor goes dark off and on while I am using the computer. It has been doing this since I purchased the computer. Also, the mouse freezes all the time. I need to turn it off and on constantly to use it.

Only have used this cpu during the last month. Everything is as advertised. Like the connivence of everything in one stand alone.

I've had this computer for about 1 week. I always buy HP, never have problems. So far everything is going very well. Best Buy employees were helpful.

Average rating due to the excessive pre-loaded software that is of no use to me, removed a lot of it. Also average rating for lack of software needed to use computer to its fullest, I do not do subscription based programs, AI, or any thing in a cloud, hence is why I purchased a large HD. Also lack of CD rom/Burner, and non rechargeable or non-Bluetooth compatibility keyboard and mouse keep my rating at average.

Paul was great explaining everything- we got that and more! Opened up everything at home- worked on it everyday so we are almost back to normal!

Love it. Biggest thing is switching from a desktop to all in one there are some differences.

Seems like a good purchase. Need more time to truly evaluate. One problem so far pertains to computer not responding after sitting idle for more than 30 minutes. You have push the on button off and on.

Not at all impressed. This computer is slower than my 2014 HP model. I upgrades due to Windows11 compatibility and wish I would have chosen something different. I would not recommend this computer unless you are VERY patient.

Computer goes to sleep, but mouse nor keyboard will wake it up. Must shutdown and turn back on. Ridiculous.

works better than my old one. You can always count on HP products, and the AMD Ryzen is fabulous

The Machine is great. Unfortunately, it was cracked during shipment. I returned it and was issued full refunds. "Best Buy" generally has best products. This was my first time to encounter this.

I'm still learning this computer, I'm trying to find tutorials for different apps.

Computer works well, screen is decent, keyboard would not work out of the box and no way to pair/reset it.

The computer was just what I need. All the service and assistance I requested or needed was top notch. It was easy to build a trusting relationship, I will continue to enjoy shopping at Best Buy.
