I love that there is a push to start feature and my hand doesn’t have to hold the start trigger the whole time I’m vacuuming. Beautiful blue color makes it unique too! Love this vacuum! Worth the investment

It’s basically a thousand dollar broom and dustpan.

Disappointed that the sales associate at best buy told us it came with 2 batteries and it only came with one. Felt like he was just tryint to make the sale. So now we have to spene more for another battery. So keep that in mine when purchasing. Battery has a run time or 30 mins on auto.

We've had nothing but problems with this vacuum cleaner ever since we bought it. We've called Dyson support multiple times. It kept giving us error messages, even though we were maintaining it and doing everything they said to keep it running. Giving up on it this year, getting a new vacuum (not a Dyson)
