    Extremely disappointed with Dyson for this price point! After a week the seal around the dispenser loosened and after two weeks (with light use) the optic light went out! At this price point this is a joke of a stick vacuum. Returned it to Best Buy and waiting for round two. If this one breaks I’m done with Dyson for good. Seems to be just another company that’s riding on the good quality they USE TO HAVE 20 years ago. The accessories and wheels are just cheap plastic! Save your money and shop a different more reliable brand!!! Very disappointed and dissatisfied with Dyson. You can do better Dyson!

    I will never buy another Dyson product. They are very expensive and Dyson does not stand behind them when they fail. They will act like they care cause you to spend lots of time on the phone and mailing the product in to them only for them to do nothing but call regularly and ask what the status is. Finan another brand! My Miele has been going strong for 18 years!!! seriously look elsewhere.
