    Not new to Dell products - wanted the 16" with the upgraded screen. Had it in my cart but just before I purchased, the price went up by $500 - missed the sale. Enjoying the `14" - but conflicts between the j5create 4K60 dock and MS Personal 365 that can really irritate.

    This laptop by far is the best I've had so far. I bought this after having a all in one that for some reason lost the sound and I wanted something portable. I do have a HP laptop for travelling but this is my at home use around the house outside etc laptop that I know doesn't loose battery life like the HP one does. Hence the reason why I use that for travel
