I love these laptops. I issue the 14 and 16 inch versions to all of my employees. We haven't had any issues with them over the years! Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed this computer. It good for what I use it for. You can have multi windows open and it doesn’t slow down while you are working. I has a very clear picture on the screen

So far this laptop has been a great laptop, only down fall so far is the screen leaves finger prints very easy when using touch screen and harder to wipe off but otherwise it has been a great computer. Awesome battery life

I love this PC. I have had so many different PCs over time and this is faster then them all. Coupled with Norton antivirus I have no worries. Also got the family Microsoft package and that streamlines my work.

Specs are good with great speed for coding, browsing and multitasking. Only the display quality could have been a little better. Compared to FHD display of an HP laptop, Dell falls a little short when it comes to sharpness when observed closely. Otherwise full marks for speed.

This is a very nice laptop, serves all my purpose with ease, I bought this in Best Buy when the sale was going on, high end configurations at sale price, really worth every penny, I am very happy and completely satisfied.

Easy setup, screen looks great. An excellent value compared to other brands. I am partial to Dell as I have always had good luck with them. SSD was a great choice as well. Highly recommend.

I've had this laptop about a month. So far so good. Switching from my old laptop- which literally fell apart- was surprisingly easy. I am not thrilled with all the preloaded Microsoft OneDrive stuff, but it seems difficult to get rid of. So I'm learning to live with it.

Solid computer for day to day office tasks. Pleanty of storage. Key board is a little small.

The best thing I've bought so far, that brand of computer is practically indestructible, I'm very happy.

We love this projector screen. It is so portable and so easy to install. It takes a quick 10-15 second to put the tripod base and mount the screen. Voila!!! It's ready!!!

This computer works great for what I was needing and wasn’t very pricey! Haven’t used the touch screen a ton as of yet but the ease of scanning family pictures and transferring to thumb drives is very easy/friendly and the quality is great for its price

Small - compact. I give it full rating because i pair it with a large monitor. Also its easy to bring and has a large storage. The fingerprint sensor is also very handy

I purchased this laptop in the beginning of 2024. In 2025 my battery crashed and I had to pay for a replacement and labor. Aside from the battery crashing 2 times during 1.5 years of having it, the screen display and overall build is great.

Purchased for my daughter as she started her college. She loves this laptop and its high level of quality and reliability, as expected from Dell!
