I read reviews and did a lot of research. Went with this one and I think it was the best choice for the price range and features. Had better reviews than the more popular robots with the same features. And best buy orice matched the competitors deal.

I sure am happy I finally have! This makes keeping my floors free of dog hair so much easier!

It takes a few goes and charging but it clean our floor every night. Does Great work. Make sure you have at least B+ internet. Overall great.

The map that is creates on initial startup is a little confusing, but once I figured out which room was which, it helped me select individual rooms to clean. The vacuum seemed to learn a little more each time - avoiding objects it had a problem with the 1st time. The issue is the self-emptying. Worked the 1st time. After that, the robot would go back to the base, the base (which has it’s own LOUD vacuum to suck the dirt out of the robot) acted like it sucked the dirt out of the robot into the storage bin, but after the noise subsided, a robot voice said “empty my dust cup.” This happened the last 3 times.- the direct was stuck in the robot and I had to empty it manually. I paid hundreds of $ extra to NOT have to constantly empty the dirt manually, so tomorrow, back it goes.

My prior robot vacuums just bounced around, no mapping. So I loved seeing the straight lines and thorough cleaning. Unfortunately the emptying bin isn’t very big so esp for someone with animals, I have basically had to empty it everyday, defeating the purpose of it being self emptying. I have also had frequent problems with errors and the current error, after two months of use, I can’t figure out and will need to call shark for a replacement.

I wish it had 2 corner sweepers and not just one. Not a bad vacuum, just not meant for a home with 2 dogs and 2 cats!

We have several pets and can never empty out the pet hair into the dock. Its always giving an error to empty the bin. In the year weve owned it, its given more errors than actual cleaning. Lately its been my brush roll is stuck. Bought and replaced brush roll. Now a couple months later, uts giving the same error. The issue now isn't with the brush roll itself, it is the actual machine. Now I'm debating whether to fix it, or just chuck the whole thing in the trash. Constant constant headache.

Little vacuum with an excellent effeciancy

I usually use the turbo, high power mode and my vacuum can do the whole floor in one charge no problem.
