This one is so much better than my old one. My real only complaint is it is very stupid when it comes to the zones you set up for it not to go. It will go in those zones and repeatedly run into stuff and get stuck. I don’t know why they haven’t gotten that figured out yet.

My little Ro-bot

And the amount of dust this thing picks up is incredible! Really makes you think you’d be missing it otherwise say if you only use an upright 1-2 times a welt. STRONGLY considering purchasing another one for upstairs!

Does a great job to cover regular cleaning.

There are areas the robot has trouble getting to (under some chairs or tight corners). I run her at night when we are asleep and very happy tosses he has picked up all kinds of dirt and such. This does not replace the need for occasional deep cleaning but is still a great assistance.

Shark was great about sending another out but it had problems with the bumper a few months after I received it.

Don’t buy

Noisy, bumps into everything, gets disconnected from the charging dock easily, app is faulty, mapping is terrible. We don’t even have it anymore because it ran over poop which destroyed it and our rug. Put your money somewhere else NOT with this.
