Shark was great about sending another out but it had problems with the bumper a few months after I received it.

Shark Matrix is great

The sensor and the single brush cleans as well and the capacity in the dust bin is excellent. Pricey, but worth it.

The only problem i have when using it is that i have an ethernet cord running along the wall in my hallway and it seems to never be able to roll over it. Not a big deal, and thats just specific to my situation. Other than that its flawless. You can designate areas in your home as no-go zones, which is a feature that i use whenever my dog or daughter has their toys out in the play room. 5/5 highly recommend

It was easy to set up and use phone app. I have noticed that it can run only about 30 minutes before it needs to go charge. The charging is not real fast. The notifications when hair gets wrapped up or it may hit a ledge, that goes to the phone and is nice.

It’s easy to setup and when you empty the base for the first time you’ll be impressed with the amount of debris it picks up. Simply amazing. Definitely recommend it

Don’t buy

Noisy, bumps into everything, gets disconnected from the charging dock easily, app is faulty, mapping is terrible. We don’t even have it anymore because it ran over poop which destroyed it and our rug. Put your money somewhere else NOT with this.
