Gave to spouse as Christmas gift, been ill has not used it yet. Price was good. Trouble finding someone that knows about the Vacuums, to help us; it took THREE different people, and a Customer, and online to find out more to make a proper choice.

stopped working in less than a year, called best buy they said bring it to store for repair , they even booked me a date and time to bring it drove 1 hour and 30 min. to nearest store and when I got their I was told I should send it back to Shark for repair ,I told them just toss in trash not wasting anymore time on it

Thus vacuum worke better thsn advertised!! Definitely recommend!

Best robot vacuum I’ve purchased so far. Better than the iRobot and more affordable

Bought Shark RV2320EDUS on July 19th It worked very well. I was thrilled and very happy. But, one negative thing at that point was that it kept trying to climb on the base of a pedestal fan. I have an EcoVac for two years that never does that with the same fan. It will sense there is something and will go away. While I was very happy initially with Shark, it stopped working on August 23rd. I called Shark customer support and the call was answered from Venezuela. I had very hard time understanding the person and had to repeat and ask repeatedly what he was saying. He went on video call and told me to check the robot in different ways but it failed. He said he will send replacement pod and keep the dust bin, and brushes and the battery. He sent the pod but it was RV2310CDUS while mine was RV2320EDUS. When I called he convinced me that they are the same it is just that the units have different number and color based on the retailers and that is how company tracks. So, at the end, now I am totally disappointed. I have never had any problems with my EcoVac T10 that I have for over two years.

This vacuum has been a constant source of frustration in our home. We’ve had to disconnect and remap it countless times. The app requires you to set dimensions and levels for each room, which is incredibly time-consuming—and unfortunately pointless. Even after spending all that time, the vacuum rarely goes where it’s supposed to. Instead, it aimlessly wanders the wrong areas and never quite reaches the designated rooms. Also, beware if you have a puppy or a senior dog prone to accidents. The vacuum has run over dog “you-know-what” multiple times, forcing us to take it apart and clean it far more often than we ever should have to.

This vaccuum cleans well. The mapping leaves a lot to be desired. The no go sones do not work well. I have a no go zone in a room that is a step lower than the rest of the house. The robot continuously tries to go in that room over the ledge. This supposedly has sensors, but they aren’t working properly. I extended the no go zone out past where the ledge even starts and the robot still tries to go in there. The map is missing a lot of good features that are available on other robot vacuums for a lower price. For instance, you can’t clean the whole house but choose to clean one or two specific rooms twice if you want to do that you have to choose clean individual rooms and not the whole house, that is just one of the many things I found useful with my other cheaper robot that I was disappointed to find this one did not have. It also doesn’t clean in any order. It randomly goes to whatever room it wants to go to. It seems to vacuum in a very inefficient way. This is why I’m giving it 2 stars. I’m a little bit disappointed in the fact that it’s a namebrand shark vacuum, but is missing the mark on some basic features and the sensors on ledges and no go zones dont seem to work great. I prefer my tikom i bought from amazon. That has great mapping! I only bought this one because i needed a self empty base which my tikom doesnt have.

Great vacuum for the price, but is too tall to go under couch. Also it’s mapping of your house, is not the best. It misses big areas at times and have to use it again.

Works fairly well. I think the technology is a little buggy still and could use a couoke improvements but she does a lot better than i expected! I love that i could name my robot and that i get notified when she gets stuck.
