Had the thing for less than a month, and it randomly stopped working. Luckily Shark replaced it through warrenty. However, the same thing happened about four months later. It had only been used like a dozen times. I really wanted to love it, and I did when it worked. But, for the price, it shouldn't stop working after only a few uses.

Love my robot vacuum! I really did not think that it would pick up that much! Every time it’s used it picks up the tiniest bit of dirt. I use it all the time!

I've never owned a robot vacuum before, so this was a first for me. I was really surprised to see that this actually does a pretty darn good job of vacuuming the small stuff off my carpet and kitchen floors.

Great robot vacuum. Struggles a bit with dog hair but we have two large double coated dogs so I don’t expect perfection!

I have a couple of Roombas, and wanted to try the Shark. It does a good job, but I think the Roombas are smarter, and easier to program. For example: the shark will can only be programed to run once a day, but you can set the Roomba to run several times if you want.

Nice easy filter needs to be included as we should not be purchasing it extra

Started out great but within a few months problems began. It frequently thinks it's full when it's not, it won't start a cycle because it claims to need emptying when it's empty. It frequently disconnects from the wifi and then takes numerous troubleshooting steps to get it back online. Today we can't figure out why it won't reconnect to the wifi. We don't have these issues with any other wifi connected devices in our house and we are heavy tech users here.

Everyone should have one it truly is quite amazing

This vacuum works well. It even goes up on the carpet and cleans where I didn't think it would.

I love it! I couldn't believe how much dirt was collected after I had vacuumed a few day before buying it. It's so much quieter than my upright vacuum.

It gets itself stuck and thinks its brush is stuck. It's funny to watch my cats think its alive.

Great robot vacuum. Surprisingly quiet and very quick.

The Shark would clean the same area and seemed lost at times. The run time did not last long and it would not recharge and return to cleaning like instructions stated. Mapping was the only feature that worked.

This is a gift for my son. He reports it is an excellent product and is very happy with it. He recommends it to anyone looking for a similar device.

Doesn't do the best job cleaning, but is good if I can't get to vacuuming that day. The customer support is horrible when you need it and sometimes it just chooses to not function. Probably wouldn't buy it again, but its what I have in a pinch.
