Shark had no information on how to fix the issue and recommended returning item. Would not recommend due to their being better items in sharks line up for the same or better value. Best Buy handled return fantastically like always.

Worked well for 9 months

The Bluetooth feature and being able to run it while I’m not home is SO convenient. I’ve said this is the best investment I’ve made for my apartment. However, in the last week, it has stopped working. It would only vacuum in a 10 foot by 10 foot square, so I deleted the map and tried to remap my home. It comes off the dock, spins in a circle, and returns to the dock and shows me a “map” of the same 10 foot by 10 foot square. I’ve contacted shark customer service who was not helpful, saying the unit needed to go through an update. Update completed, same behavior. I’m now on hold (50+ minutes) on my 5th call to shark customer service to request a warranty replacement. So so so incredibly frustrating when a product I love and rely on is now all of a sudden dysfunctional. I would have recommended this product to everyone I know until it stopped being useful in any way

Never got past initial setup

I tried everything under the sun to get it to do the explore run after setting up wifi. I just simply could not get it to work. Returning this weekend to give it one more try before i just choose a different brand.

Look elsewhere. Brush roll stuck error

I would never recommend this to anyone. It started dong this about a year after purchase. Now almost 2 years later it won't work at all without the warning and shutting off. New brush rolls doesn't solve the problem either.

Too much work to keep running

Now continuously disconnects from wifi so cannot set up routines. It also freezes constantly and the battery needs to be removed in order for the vacuum to begin working again.
