Windows on handheld didn’t take long to get used to either.

I stopped using it after buying this gem. The main reason is because now that I work from home, my desktop is always busy with my work laptop, so I had to do a lot of changes on my desk in order to play half an hour and ended up not playing at all. People, don't buy gaming PCs, buy this instead.

The card reader is still faulty and will require an RMA to replace. That said, it is the most powerful hand held on the market and is an exceptional piece of equipment when it runs. Cloud Recovery is also really bad.

I’ve hardly touched my Xbox since purchasing it. Asus did a good job on the software. Makes the windows 11 OS tolerable. I’d wait for the Ally X to come out unless this is way discounted.

Asus once again shows it's the King of PC Gaming and manages to murder the Steam Deck with ease. Don't waste your time with Valve and SteamOS; this is a pocket gaming PC showing every bit of ASUS and AMD's power.

The Ally is not like the switch where you play right out of the box. I am also new to pc gaming being a console gamer mostly. The devise has preloaded user videos and they are videos on you tube to help. I like that it plays from game pass and steam. Eventually I want to learn emulation. The ally is powerful and a lot of enjoyment

Sound quality is great, it’s light and not strenuous on your hands/fingers. You can also get a case with a built in dock and connect your controller to it, connect it to a tv with no delays. I would highly recommend this to any gamer out there to travels.

I can play Doom 2016 at 60+ fps while on battery and at intermediate Asus ROG battery consumption settings, all while having maximum settings on ultra. I highly recommend this is you want a portable gaming device. It can run Cyberpunk 2077 on high, not ultra high, rather on high, battery set on high settings, at 31-50 fps. It has run any game I've played, and surpassed my expectations. Well done on ASUS, specially for the price.

It provides good visuals and 30-40 fps on mid to high settings. With vrr even 30 fps looks smooth. The battery life is short when playing on performance mode and the system does run a little hit but overall it is mu favorite handheld console so far and well worth the price.

SD card not work is well-known. However, I did not know it is not reliable. I used it as my major PC at home with everything connected (monitor, keyboard, xBox controller) I am not a heavy gamer. Most of time I use for Youtube. After 7-month use, one day it was on than went to bios forever, I have no choice but reinstall Windows After 7.5-month use, it suddenly made a bad sound, shut down and restarted in front of me. It was not because of any windows updates. It is an excellent-open-box item. OK, 15-months from manufacturing day maximum. Still short...... Good for everyday use, but I am not happy on its issues.
