It has it's little issues But they're easy fixes if you know how to use computers. I was going to buy a PS5 but I bought this instead. I would definitely tell everyone to buy it. I play everything from Retro games to Current.

Just the I am able to use other game clients then steam is a plus. The battery life is kinda on a flip side but it works for me since I really since I have short time to play which it will last me.

Even on some AAA games I’m able to get 60fps on low settings and not to mention this device make emulation an amazing experience.

Yes it does have some minor flaws ( 5/26 model ) but nothing that stop me from having fun with it.

But it wasnt as consistent as i would like it to be. The size, screen, controls were top-notch, but windows 11 isnt meant for mobile devices. The ryzen z1 extreme has some potential to be good, just isnt as good as it should be in this product. Not to mention i cant use micro sd cards for the fear of them being burntout. I will be returning and waiting for the legion product to come out in the future.

The unit I purchased had a bad die or some sort of hardware issue that caused persistent crashing. The recent update dropped performance by almost 30% if I remember correctly - which is still better than the Steam Deck. When it did work, it was great: had great visuals and audio, fit my hands well, and delivered an overall pleasant experience. All in all, I would say that you should definitely buy this if you've got the cash for it, just don't expect it to be as easy to navigate or as comfortable as your PC. If you're on the fence about it, maybe wait until the next generation.

The negative reviews most likely lead to software updates which are a lot when you first set it up but after that its a breeze. High fps on Spiderman and Street fighter 6. Roms from super nintendo and sega run perfectly. A must have.

It's literally a pc in portable for. I would have liked that had more ram or another option to increase the ram but overall, it's very well worth getting one.

Installing/managing software here is a pain, performance takes a ton of tweaking for every game, and battery life is embarrassing. I could see certain use-cases for a device like this in its current state, but I think your money is best saved for a more streamlined device that will likely see the light of day sometime soon. Perhaps the SteamDeck 2 whenever that lands.
